Great, Pocket-friendly therapy
It's a great app and one of the best ways to take a therapy. Being a student, my main concern was it should be pocket friendly and Mitsu makes sure of that! Preferred Mitsu over traditional therapy
I have just started the 8th week of the Mitsu.care journey and have found it to be extremely effective. The grounding exercises, information and activities have helped me understand and address my negative thoughts and anxiety. Also the therapist Mitsu set up is regularly in touch with useful questions and prompts so I feel supported.
