Scientific and top notch
I wanted a way to feel better that was scientific but that I could do myself, and Mitsu delivered. The videos are top notch. And being able to chat with a psychologist to clear my doubts helped me feel a lot more grounded, much more quickly than muddling through alone.

Preferred Mitsu over traditional therapy
I have just started the 8th week of the Mitsu.care journey and have found it to be extremely effective. The grounding exercises, information and activities have helped me understand and address my negative thoughts and anxiety. Also the therapist Mitsu set up is regularly in touch with useful questions and prompts so I feel supported. I actually stopped seeing my own traditional therapist as I felt Mitsu was what I needed right now. I recommend Mitsu for anyone looking for mental health support.

Best decision I made in life
Undoubtedly the one of the best decision I made in life was spending on this app for my well being. It empowers u to self heal with an expert. (In my case indebted to ms. RAKSHA) she has given that soft nudge wen needed and always a lot of kind words. And a loads of patience to hear me out. Wen no one was there. .. (mind u it is not easy to come out and seek help) . "Mitsu" is an excellent app that helped me track my emotional and mental health. This comes with a guided therapy programme along with a therapist. Thoughtfully built, easy-to-use
Mitsu care is helping me become a better version of me. Clearly a lot of care and thought has gone into building the app. They know the difference between reading about and putting the skills to use - they've given time to soak it all in. My favourite part has been the constant check-ins with their therapist. Yes I signed up to help myself, but it really helped to have a trained and empathetic counsellor nudge me along and explain a lesson to me in MY context, when I got stuck.

For me it was the best help I could get yet!
I have found this app really useful, the activities have really helped me to identify my triggers as-well as my way out! I was also very pleased with getting personal chat option so that i can speak my heart out when i needed plus the doc even helped me to channelise my thoughts into a positive way out. I try to practise all body exercise on a routine basis so that I can be benefited to max.
